How It Works

This tool detects the naming convention of your input text and splits it into individual words. It then reassembles the words into each of the supported case formats:

• camelCase — first word lowercase, subsequent words capitalized, no separators. Common in JavaScript and Java variable names.
• PascalCase — every word capitalized, no separators. Used for class names in most programming languages.
• snake_case — all lowercase words separated by underscores. Standard in Python and Ruby.
• kebab-case — all lowercase words separated by hyphens. Common in CSS class names and URL slugs.
• CONSTANT_CASE — all uppercase words separated by underscores. Used for constants and environment variables.

The tool automatically recognizes input in any of these formats, as well as plain space-separated text. All processing is done locally in your browser — no data is sent to any server.
